How does the free trial work?
Starting a paid plan begins a 30-day free trial. You add a card, but you are not charged today — after 30 days it automatically renews at your plan’s price. Cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing. Prefer no card? Stay on the Free plan forever.
Why does my Trust Score decay?
Trust is perishable. Without maintenance your score slips and your passport expires after a year, so a green Tawsik always means current. Pro pauses decay and keeps it fresh.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your generated documents stay yours forever. But monitoring, regulatory intelligence and the reviewed verification pause, and your passport expires and turns red until you renew.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click from “Manage billing”. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
