How it works

Inspect → Seal → Publish

From a free two-minute check to a Trust Passport that monitoring keeps true — here is the whole journey, and the rules behind it.

  1. Inspect

Point Tawsik at your website, GitHub or documents. It reads what a buyer or authority would actually see, and cites every finding to its source.

  2. Seal

Findings are sealed into your evidence ledger — verified evidence kept apart from self-declared statements, scored and versioned behind your Trust Passport.

  3. Publish

Publish your Trust Passport: a public page with your Trust Score that anyone can verify — and that monitoring keeps current.

Inside the EU AI Act

The rules, in plain language.

Prohibited

Very limited risk — light obligations.

Limited

Mainly transparency obligations apply to you.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Does the EU AI Act apply to me?
If you place an AI system on the EU market, or its output is used in the EU, the Act can apply — even if you’re based outside the EU. The free checker gives you a first answer in about six questions.
Which frameworks does Tawsik cover?
Inspection maps your evidence against 50 requirements across the EU AI Act, GDPR and ePrivacy. Dedicated readiness workspaces cover SOC 2, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS2, with a crosswalk that reuses your evidence across frameworks. More are added progressively.
What’s the difference between the Trust Record and the Trust Passport?
The Trust Record is your private evidence ledger — every finding, document and version, sealed. The Trust Passport is the public page built from it — the proof you choose to publish. The Trust Score is the number they share.
Does Tawsik certify my company?
No. Tawsik doesn’t certify companies and never declares anyone “compliant” — only an authority or court can determine that. It inspects your evidence, shows what it supports, and keeps the record current. Tawsik guides you toward compliance. It isn’t legal advice.
What does “verified” mean on a passport?
Verified items were confirmed by inspecting real artifacts — pages, files, commits — each cited to its source. Declared items were stated by the company and are labeled as such. The two are never mixed.
